Have questions about how our virtual terrarium experiences work?
We’ve got answers! Below are some of the most common FAQs to help you plan your event with ease. From timing and class size to hosting and tech, we’re here to make the process seamless, fun, and flexible for your team.

How long of a lead time do you need?
We generally ask for at least 14 days' notice to ensure proper planning and shipping, but exceptions can always be made — we’re happy to accommodate shorter lead times when possible.

What platform are the classes taught on?
We typically use Zoom as our preferred platform, but we’re flexible and can accommodate your group’s platform of choice.

Can the classes be recorded?
Yes, all classes can be recorded upon request.

Do we need a host?
A host is not required. Participants can complete the class at their own pace using our pre-recorded instructional videos. However, we’re happy to provide a live host if preferred.

How long are the classes?
Our classes are typically one hour, but the duration can be shortened or extended to fit your group’s schedule or event itinerary.

How many people can you accommodate per class?
We require a minimum of 10 participants to provide a live host for your class. We can accommodate up to 500 guests (or more) — in fact, we’ve successfully hosted events with over 350 team members at once!
