You will get an email from our team that has an address template where you will complete all the addresses of attendees. If all projects should be sent to one address, please indicate this on the address template. The address template is due back to our team 14 days prior to your confirmed workshop date. *Cold Weather Shipping Disclaimer*
Succulents can tolerate very hot and mild temperatures but cannot survive temperatures below freezing. During the winter months, when we ship our kits, we assess the destination location, the temperature at our warehouse, and expected temperatures during transit. Based on this assessment, we determine whether the kits will require additional protection from cold weather.
If needed, we include an 80-hour heat pack to keep the box warm during shipping. To keep our kit pricing consistent year-round, this cost is not included in the base price. Instead, if cold weather protection is necessary, we will notify your group at the time of shipping and add the cost to your final invoice.
